Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through MhrsAttire. By completing your purchase, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on order volume and production time.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

2. Delivery Time

We ship through trusted courier partners within the UAE, GCC, and internationally.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Delivery Time: 1–4 business days after dispatch

GCC Countries

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier network

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Total weight and/or volume of the order
  • Courier rates

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by MhrsAttire.

4. Failed or Refused Delivery

If an order is not delivered due to any of the following reasons:

  • Customer does not respond to the courier
  • Package is refused
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided

👉 The payment is non-refundable.

The order may be reshipped upon request, with the customer responsible for the new shipping charges.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at:

We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping Availability

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Selected GCC countries
  • Selected international destinations

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us to check if shipping arrangements can be made.

7. Risk of Loss

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.
MhrsAttire is not responsible for loss or damage during transit unless required by law or stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Policy Updates

MhrsAttire reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
