Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through mhrsattire. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or a size error caused by mhrsattire. Customers must inform us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for any reason related to preference, including design, color, style, or sizing choices made by the customer. Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Final-sale, custom, and promotional items are also non-returnable.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size due to our error, the customer must contact us within seven (7) days. Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund to the original payment method. Return shipping will be covered by mhrsattire only for approved defect or size-error cases.

  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping is only covered when the product is defective or incorrect. In all other situations, returns are not applicable and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Inspection

All returned items undergo inspection. mhrsattire reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements if the returned item does not meet the required conditions.

  1. Geographic Scope

This Policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International returns are not accepted.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Processing typically takes seven (7) to ten (10) business days after inspection.

  1. Amendments

mhrsattire may update or modify this Policy at any time. Updated terms apply once posted on our official platforms.
